R : No, vitiligo is not hereditary but it ‘s a family sickness in 30% of all the cases.

3.Q :Is it true that blue fish is not recommended ?
R : False, absolutely false.
Blue fish is very beneficial to health because it contains omega3 and vitamin D (it’s worth noting that the Eskimos are practically not affected by vitiligo).
4.Q : We say that eggs promote the progression of vitiligo.
R : False, absolutely false.
Farm eggs or eggs fortified in omega 3(chicken eat flax seeds .So, they lay eggs rich in omega3 : (0.2g omega 3 and 0.8 omega6)
5.Q : Is it true that sun can aggravate vitiligo ?
R : Absolutely not. On the contrary, the sun promotes vitamin D production which is very low in patients affected by vitiligo).
6.Q : Is it true that ointments can cure vitiligo ?
R : False , ointments can improve lesions but don’t cure vitiligo ( the latest research showed that vitiligo is due to a a deterioration of the emzyme ( BH4) that produces melanin which is responsible for the skin pigmentation )
7.Q :Is it true that food can stop the progression of vitiligo ?
R : Absolutely true.
The research we have been carrying out wiTh the collaboration of the professor ABID since three years, in the Nutrition Institute, have showed that we can stop vitiligo progression thanks to a diet rich in vitamin B 9= folic acid.
